Rising Again After Easter

There was, again, a night of high quality at Stroud's best 6-a-side league with goals and competitive matches galore.

The evening started with 2 Girls 1 Schlupp edging a tight game with Christy Palace by the odd goal in 5.  Pique Blinders returned to form with a comprehensive 5-1- win over ITEC who took the lead in the match but couldn't hang on.  League leaders, Washing Machine, confirmed their place at the top of the league with a victory over Not a Kalou.

On top of this, there were 2 competitive points matches to round off the night.

With a number of goals being of high quality throughout the night, I am currently editing them and then uploading to the Leosure Leagues Stroud Facebook Page so check this out next week as well as entering them in the national competition for goal of the month where the winner will win a new Uhlsport football.

As Stroud is one of the few leagues that is filmed (even occasionally), the chances of winning are higher than you might think.  So keep an eye out and like and share the Facebook page.

As there are 2 spaces, feel free to srpead the news of the league and teams can join at www.leisureleagues.net or contact Drew on 07538 474933 for more details.
