The inaugural week of the Stroud Sunday 6-a-side Football League marked a thrilling start to the season with players across the Premier League and Division 1 delivering memorable performances.

In the Premier League, Chiellini Con Carne came out on top against The Old Badgers in a tense match, securing a 2-0 victory. SAS FC and Randwick Warriors had a close encounter, with Randwick Warriors edging out a 2-1 win. The Red Men FC also pulled off a similar 2-1 win against Sand FC. The highlight of the Premier League's opening week was undoubtedly Max of Randwick Warriors who topped the scoring chart with his double strike.

Meanwhile, Division 1 witnessed some high-scoring drama. Blackandwhitearmy made a statement by steamrolling The Usual Sixpects with a whopping 12-0 victory. Jack Jones of Blackandwhitearmy lead the pack with an impressive four-goal haul, the highest in Division 1. The Sink Males FC and House Of Dragsiun match ended in a 3-1 triumph for Sink Males FC. Similarly, The Disciples secured a 3-1 victory against Hanging By A Fred.

The Stroud Sunday League's season has just started and, if the first week is any indication, it promises to be filled with intense competition and spectacular performances.
