Sunday 2nd November - Stroud Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Stroud Sunday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance throughout the night across both divisions.

In the Premier League, Randwick Warriors showcased their dominance with a resounding 3-0 victory over Chiellini Con Carne. The Old Badgers put up a strong fight against Red Men FC but came short with a 2-1 loss. However, the highlight of the evening in the Premier League was the impressive victory of SAS FC over Sand FC, with a 4-1 thrashing, thanks to an outstanding performance by the top scorer, Tom, who netted two goals for SAS FC, pushing his team to claim the victory.

Over to Division 1, the competition was just as fierce. Blackandwhitearmy couldn't hold their ground against House Of Dragsiun, with the latter team claiming a decisive 3-1 victory. Maradona Kebab suffered a similar fate against Hanging By A Fred, losing 3-1. However, the star of the Division 1 matches was the duel between Sink Males FC and The Disciples, where a competitive game ended with Sink Males FC emerging the victors with a 4-2 scoreline.

The Division 1 top scorer of the week, Isaac, shone brightly for Hanging By A Fred, scoring two goals and leading his team to a well-deserved win.
