The Stratford Sunday Football League kicked off its season with an action-packed and thrilling week of 6-a-side football. The league, split into three divisions - Premier League, Division 1, and Division 2, showcased an impressive display of skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

In the Premier League division, The Amazing Sneijderman started strong with a 7-4 victory over Cupid Stunts. Piss also claimed a dominant 5-0 win against Everyone Active FC, while Victorious Secret managed to secure a significant 4-1 win against Klopps And Robbers.

Division 1 saw some riveting action as well, with Tea And Busquets beating LADS ON TOURE 4-2 in an exciting match. Rosa Parks The Bus and Puyol Pants Down ended their game with a hard-fought 1-1 draw. Ben Evans from Tea and Busquets emerged as the top scorer of the division, with a commendable total of 2 goals.

Meanwhile in Division 2, McGinn & Tonic narrowly edged out Bannan F.C., 4-3, in a nail-biting encounter. However, the match of the night was undoubtedly Hale's Howlers versus Glockenspiels, which ended with a resounding 8-3 victory for the Glockenspiels. The standout player was Fin Goodman, who netted an impressive 3 goals for the Glockenspiels, earning him the title of the top scorer in Division 2.

Fin Goodman's outstanding performance didn't go unnoticed, as he was also named the Most Valued Player of the week. His scoring prowess and overall contribution to the Glockenspiels' victory made him the standout player in a week of standout performances.
