Play in the Swindon Thursday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

Last night, the Swindon Thursday 6-a-side football league kicked off its first week of the season, bringing a thrilling series of matches to spectators. The league, split into three divisions; Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3, saw a spectacular display of talent and sportsmanship.

In Division 1, Who Ate All Depays emerged as the top scorers with a 4-2 victory over 1980's Legends. Blanes FC also proved their prowess with a stunning 6-0 victory over Super Size And Super Skinny. Bluey United and Oasis FC also showed their mettle with 2-0 victories over Prop Serv FC and Discombobulated Dons respectively. PINEHURST FC and Ctrl Alt De Ligt ended the match in a 1-1 draw.

Division 2 saw Wichelstowe Wanderers FC topping the scoreboard with an impressive 3-0 victory over Apex Monstars. Beercelona also showed strong performance, defeating Warney Boys 3-0. Jewventus managed to scrape a narrow 2-1 victory over Hardly Athletic.

In Division 3, it was We Are Going Toulouse who stole the show, trouncing DL Wanderers 6-2. Drunken Masters and Egoala CF also put on strong performances, with 3-1 and 2-1 victories over Swindon Elite Force and Shield And Shaggers respectively. Savoy Athletic secured a close 2-1 victory over Lads On Toure.

As the season has just begun, it promises to bring more exciting matches and displays of extraordinary skills. The divisions are wide open, and it's anyone's league to dominate.
