Swindon Thursday League Week 14: Division Recap

In the 14th week of the Swindon Thursday 6-a-side Football league, fans were treated to a host of thrilling matches across Division 1, 2, and 3.

Division 1 saw some power-packed performances with Unprotected Cesc defeating 1980's Legends with a 2-0 victory. Putting up a strong defense, Unprotected Cesc ensured their net remained untouched while scoring two on the other end. In another match, Ctrl Alt De Ligt dominated Who Ate All Depays in a remarkable 7-1 victory, showcasing an exceptional offensive display. In the third match of the division, Blanes FC triumphed over Bluey United, ending the game 3-1.

Moving to Division 2, Real Sosobad emerged as the leaders, demolishing The Boston Brownies with an 8-1 win. Jewventus also secured a solid victory over Swindon Downs, ending at 5-2. Apex Monstars defeated Hardly Athletic 4-1, whereas Beercelona showed their class, thrashing Bigwide FC with a whopping 8-0 win.

Division 3 saw a one-sided game where PINEHURST FC gave an astonishing performance, defeating Swindon Elite Force with a staggering 13-0 victory.

The standout performers of the week were undoubtedly players from Ctrl Alt De Ligt, Real Sosobad, and PINEHURST FC, who emerged as the top scorers in their respective divisions. Their contributions played an integral part in their teams' resounding victories.
