As the Swindon Thursday 6 a side Football League continued into its fifth week, there were some exhilarating matches that took place in Division 1, Division 2, and Division 3.
In Division 1, Real Sosobad put up a strong display against the 1980's Legends, finishing with a score of 3-1. Oasis FC and Savoy Athletic battled for supremacy, with the match ending in a 2-2 draw. However, the most overwhelming victories were seen in the matches between Victory Vipers and Swindon Downs, and Hardly Athletic against Bluey United. Both Swindon Downs and Bluey United dominated their respective matches, with final scores of 7-0 and 6-0 respectively.
In Division 2, Multiple Scoregasms displayed their dominance with a 2-0 win over Matip In Diaz. FC De Workman also had a successful night, defeating Sparkz All Stars 3-1. The match between Harry Winks At Boys and Egoala CF ended in a 1-1 draw, leaving both teams eager for redemption in next week's matches.
Division 3 saw Checky Nandos narrowly edge out Swindon Elite Force with a 3-2 victory. Who Ate All Depays steamrolled over The Boston Brownies, achieving a resounding 5-0 win. However, the most spectacular match of the night was between Many Men FC and The Six Beer Queers, with Many Men FC securing a jaw-dropping 10-1 victory. Lads On Toure also displayed an impressive performance, beating Drinaldo Fc 7-1.
Top scorers for each division were as follows: Division 1 - Swindon Downs, Division 2 - FC De Workman, and Division 3 - Many Men FC.
