Weekly News from Monday 21st November

A great evening of football on Monday evening was marred by two sour points. We were extremely disappointed three teams failed to attend their games, nor let Head Office know they were unable to attend. We will be in contact with the team captains from The Bananamen, TCC and Grafityp FC to confirm they will all be back as normal next week.

We were also extremely disappointed to hear of an incident in the match involving Moves Like Agger. Brendan Povey has received a permanent ban from all Leisure Leagues competition after directing verbal abuse at the referee in his match.

Leisure Leagues employs a zero tolerance policy towards aggressive or abusive behaviour at any of the leagues that we operate. Any team or player seen to be displaying this sort of behaviour will receive fines and bans accordingly.
