In a dramatic night of football action, Tamworth Sunday League entered its ninth week with a series of thrilling matches across Premier League, Division 1 and Division 2.

In the Premier League, a scrappy but thrilling contest saw Chubby Chasers draw 3-3 with Ashby Road, while Just Good Vibes upped the ante, scoring a magnificent 7-2 victory over Champagne Superovers. Prison FC fell short against the Balloteli-tubbies with a final score of 0-2. Meanwhile, Real Madreadful lived up to their name, decimating PG United with a 7-0 drubbing.

In Division 1, Ready Brexit experienced a narrow defeat, falling 0-2 to Borussia Teeth. Young Thugs put up a good fight but ultimately lost 2-3 to the Dream Team. School Boy Error managed to edge out County Links 2-0 while Chubbalona FC was left in the dust by Woodland Road FC, which won the match 3-0.

Division 2 also had its fair share of exciting matches. Black Beatles FC topped The Galacticos 2-0, while Keep It Simple and Who Ate All Depays settled for a 2-2 draw. Don't Touch My Tapas was on the receiving end of a 1-6 thrashing from Messi Facial, while The Kromspachers secured a hard-fought 5-3 victory over Route 1 FC.
