Weekly News from Sunday 4th June

A great night of football on Sunday saw all teams in attendance for a magnificent set of matches. This included new side Safari On Tour, who gave a terrific account of themselves in their first match.

Although they ended up narrowly beaten 3-2 against The Crouch Potatoes, the team have taken great heart from their opening performance, and are already said to be looking forward to their next match.

We are also delighted to welcome another new team into the league. St Johns Old Boys get started against Lamb Sauce FC in their first match, and we would like to wish them the very best of luck heading into their first match!
