TEIGNMOUTH 6 A SIDE HEADS INTO CHRISTMAS BREAK

Our 6 a side teams in Teignmouth said goodbye to 2022 last night with a great set of games as the season reached week 4. Dawlish make it to Christmas in pole position with a maximum 8 points from their 4 games, rounding off the year with a convincing 14 - 3 win against What Did You Say Then. Luke Snell and Ben Berrow each firing 5 goals for the leaders. 2nd placed Paris Ganja Man edged past Priors Preds 2 - 1 and All Cider No Beer picked up a good 4 - 2 win over Future Stars thanks to a Jake Emmerton hattrick. One of the final games of the year was an absolte classic between Dorsetshire Sauce and Old Dogs No Tricks, Fergus McDonald bagged a good hattrick for Dorsetshire but strikes from Jon Jacobs, Karl Joseph and Ashley Bird ensured both teams ended the year with a well earned point in there battle at the bottom. 

Thanks to all our teams for their involvement this year and of course to our brilliant officials. We look forward to 2023 with plans to regrow this league as soon as possible.
