We start with some positive news! We’ve been informed by the Dormston Centre that new goals are being fitted this Friday, ready in time for Monday’s fixtures. We thank everyone for their patience and hope this enhances your experience playing in our leagues.

Football fever was at its peak last night as we entered Week 13 of the Dudley Monday Football League. The games were packed with adrenaline, with teams from the Premier League division showing impressive grit and sportsmanship.

The night kicked off with a thrilling clash, as AFC Dabba defeated Underdawgs FC. The Underdawgs’ defensive line ultimately couldn’t withstand AFC Dabba’s relentless attacking play. Despite putting up a strong fight, they were forced to concede defeat in what was a very competitive match.

Meanwhile, Shed United FC overcame the recently impressive Punjab FC. This was a match that had fans captivated from start to finish, with both teams going toe-to-toe in every area of the pitch. It was a tight contest throughout, but Shed United pulled away through sheer determination. Punjab will be disappointed not to take anything from the game, but there are certainly positives for them heading into next week.

However, the game of the night belonged to Woefulhampton Wanderers FC and Diddys Dream. The two sides delivered an absolute spectacle, with the match producing a staggering 15 goals in favour of Woefulhampton Wanderers.
