Spectacular Performances Mark the 6th Week of Sedgley Monday 5-a-Side Football League

In the 6th week of the highly competitive Sedgley Monday 5-a-side Football League, the teams put on a show with exhilarating performances, proving why the Premier League and Division 1 are keenly contested.

Unfortunately we did have one non attendance on the night as Borussia Dormston were not present for their fixture. We will be in contact with this team in the next few days in order to confirm their return for next week. It is paramount that all teams are present for their fixture each and every week in order for the league to run smoothly, if there are any issues please be sure to contact you area manager in plenty of time.

In the Premier League, three matches were played, each with its fair share of thrill and excitement. AFC Gornal exhibited an impressive performance, beating the Woefulhampton Wanderers FC, this one lived up to its hype and was exhilarating . In another clash, Goal Diggers won in classy fashion edging out Munchen Phatbach FC with a victory. Diddys Dream also demonstrated a fantastic display of teamwork and strategy against La Masala, securing a win in what was a fantastic match.

In Division 1, the competition was just as fierce. Ketamingolet fell to The Old Tigers who claimed an important victory in what was an eye ctaching game, a game to not take your eyes off.  while Out On Bale narrowly edged out Underdawgs FC with a fiercely contested game, the odd goal was enough for out on bale to snatch their victory. a great round of fixtures and good spirits all around the league!
