Sunday 14th April - Swadlincote Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Swadlincote Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled, the only disappointment being The Underdogs failure to arrive, they have now been removed with immediate effect.

In the Premier League division, the evening was kicked off with a spectacular showdown between GAVATASARAY FC and Paralympiakos. Paralympiakos dominated the game from the get-go, recording a resounding 9 - 0 victory over GAVATASARAY FC. The substantial win showcased Paralympiakos' offensive prowess, and they remain a team to watch as we head further into the season.

The second game of the evening between WM Village and Mother Munchers ended in a 3 - 3 draw. Both teams displayed stellar play throughout the match, testing each other's defenses and demonstrating their attacking capabilities. The evenly matched draw showcases the competitive nature of the Premier League division.

Murder On Zidanes Floor and The Somali Feds wrapped up the evening in an equally riveting match. Murder On Zidanes Floor came out triumphant with a 7 - 2 victory. This hard-fought win featured dazzling footwork and superb teamwork, keeping the fans on the edge of their seats.
