Sunday 28th January - Swadlincote Round-Up

It was a good evening's football overall in the Swadlincote Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled, the only disappointment being Paralympiakos who'll be spoken to accordingly to confirm their return for the next round of fixtures.

The Underdogs faced off against Autismo Allstarz in a one-sided battle, with The Underdogs showcasing their dominance on the field by securing a decisive 5-1 victory. The Allstarz struggled to find their footing against the formidable Underdogs, leaving fans hoping for a stronger performance in the upcoming weeks.

Fans were treated to a goal fest in the match between WM Village and Murder On Zidanes Floor. In an action-packed game, Murder On Zidanes Floor hammered WM Village with a whopping 14-5 victory. Rhys Harrison emerged as the standout player of the match, netting an impressive 4 goals for Murder On Zidanes Floor. Harrison's performance propelled him to the top of the division's scoring charts.

The Mother Munchers and Isnt It FC squared off in a tense match, with the Munchers securing a 3-0 win. It was a gritty display of defence and strategy that saw the Munchers fend off a relentless Isnt It FC and emerge victorious.
