Sunday 3rd August - Swadlincote Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Swadlincote Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night barring Isn't It FC who've now been removed from the league.

We welcome new team Boomerang Returns to the league as a replacement for the above, wishing them good luck going into their debut game on Sunday 10th August. 

In a hard-fought battle, Mother Munchers and 6 Men 1 Cup ended their game in a 1-1 draw. Both teams showcased stalwart defence and attacking prowess, but neither could gain an upper hand to secure all three points.

Elsewhere, Paralympiakos dominated the match against League Of Nations with a decisive 4-1 victory. Their attacking flair thrilled the crowd, bringing a new energy to the league standings.

Kneel In The Bath Utd, another Premier League team, demonstrated their dominance with a high-scoring game against Underdogs 2, securing a 5-2 win. Their extraordinary performance has certainly upped the ante in the competition.

Meanwhile, Ball Booze N Birds triumphed over Charv with a 3-1 win, showcasing their mastery over ball control and strategic play, which left spectators in awe.
