Sunday 3rd March - Swadlincote Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Swadlincote Sunday 6 a side league this week, which saw all teams in attendance throughout the night as scheduled and some well competed matches played across the division.

Murder On Zidanes Floor proved to be the most lethal team of the night, decimating their opponents Autismo Allstarz with a 6-0 scoreline. Striker Rhys Harrison took the spotlight by scoring two outstanding goals, making him the top scorer of the week for the Premier League division. The team's cohesive playing style and robust defence left Autismo Allstarz with no chance to retaliate.

In another match, Barely Athletic and The Underdogs shared the points evenly. Despite the rigorous efforts from both sides, neither team could break the deadlock, resulting in a 0-0 stalemate.

An intense match was observed between Isn't It FC and WM Village, with both teams displaying remarkable skills and tenacity. However, WM Village clinched the game with a close 3-2 victory, boosting their morale ahead in the league.

In a nerve-racking face-off, Mother Munchers were narrowly defeated 1-0 by Paralympiakos. The solitary goal proved decisive, earning Paralympiakos crucial points for the league standings.
