Sunday 7th August - Swadlincote Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Swadlincote Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all 8 teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled, and some well competed games played throughout the night!

Champions Netsix and Chill didn't have it all their own way this week as they were held to a goalless draw against Deportivo De La Zouch in a well competed game!  That result allowed Budweiser FC move into an outright lead this week as they got their third win on the spin, beating Paralympiakos 5-0.

MFS FC moved up to fourth place as they thrashed Phoenix by 9 goals without reply, whilst Boom Xhakalaka are in fifth place as they were 5-1 winners over West Hurts.
