SWADLINCOTE 6 A SIDE SUNDAY LEAGUE NEWS

It was a good week of football in our Sunday 6-a-side league in Swadlincote with all teams in attendance with the exception of Balotelli-Tubbies FC who will be contacted with regards to their continuation in the league.

After our week off that was cancelled due to the snow, we were excited to see the teams back in action and it did not disappoint with entertaining games across the evening.

Netsix and Chill and Lads on Toure are still level on points and cannot be separated after 15 gameweeks, with both teams winning their respective games.

Swad Rams are still keeping the pressure on and are only 3 points behind the top 2 after their important 2-0 victory over Inter Gresley FC.

Following their heavy loss a couple weeks ago, Xavi Dodgers responded in impressive fashion with a big 5-2 win over 4th placed Boom Xhakalaka in what was the game of the night!
