SWADLINCOTE SUNDAY 6 A SIDE LEAGUE NEWS 5TH SEPTEMBER 2021

All the latest news for the Swadlincote Sunday 6 a side league direct from the Pingle Academy.

It was a good night in the league with the teams in attendance playing some great football and scoring plenty of goals in the first fixture of the season!

Unfortunately we had two teams not in attendance, as Six Offenders and Gresley BucketBangers cancelled late on and have consequently been charged double for next week. They have been set a deadline of 3pm Tuesday to let head office know whether they will be continuing in the league programme.

However, in the league programme, new boys Centrum Warriors got off to the perfect start against Pique Blinders! It was a tightly fought game which both teams had chances of winning! Lads on Toure beat Six Appeal FC in the first game of the night by a scoreline of 5-2, which was a lot closer than anticipated!
