Sunday 16th January - Swadlincote Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the Swadlincote Sunday 6 a side league this week which saw all teams in attendance for their scheduled matches throughout the night and some entertaining football on display!

Lads on Toure remain at the top of the table after coming out on top of a 10 goal thriller this week in which they overcame Charvas by a 6-4 score line!

Netsix and Chill and Swad Rams remain on their tails though and are going to keep up the pressure right to the death.  Netsix were impressive 6-2 victors over Xavi Dodgers, whilst Swad Rams were 5-0 winners this week.

Bayern Bru were in dominant form this week as they hit double figures in their match against Inter Gresley FC, running out eventual 10-2 winners!  Two Girls One Klopp picked up a win on their second week in the league, they were convincing 3-0 victors over Fatzio, whilst Pique Blinders and Boom Xhakalaka shared the spoils in an entertaining 2-2 draw!
