A superbly entertaining season of the Scunthorpe Thursday 7-a-side league came to an end this week, treating us to another round of great games before a new campaign gets underway. 

Losing just one game out of the 22 this season, Santiago Chebs dominated the pack and deservedly lifted the title to cap off their season. 

Fiction FC sealed a fourth-place finish with a 6-2 win over FC Partizany, as Valacticos managed to hold onto third place with a 10-4 win over 0LS in an electrifying game. 

Saka Spuds signed off with a 4-2 win over Bath Boys, as IsYourMotherwell clinched second, as their wonderful season ended in a high with a 5-2 win over Class on Grass.
