A campaign filled with highs, lows, drama and goals has come to an end, as the Scunthorpe 7-a-side league season drew to an epic conclusion this Thursday at the St Lawrence Academy. 

IsYourMotherwell were crowned the Premier League champions after a fantastic season, winning the league by four points in the end, losing just one out of their ten games. On the final day, they beat the Crosby Colts 4-3 in a great match. 

Pathetic Athletic and No Muff To Tuff FC's clash made for a great story, as the former prevailed 3-1 to leapfrog their opponents at the death to claim second place in the final standings. Pork Vale got a walkover in their final match, but could not avoid relegation this time around. 

The Division 1 season came to an enthralling end, with Santiago Chebs FC clinching the trophy on the final matchday with a 2-0 win over Young Partizany. 

They were helped out massively by Stroke Titty and Gunness Burringham FC, who beat Fiction FC and FC Partizany in their respective matches. The latter pair were two of the contenders for top spot in a race that went right down to the wire. Fiction FC, along with the Chebs will be promoted to the Premier League next season.
