Play in the Basingstoke Monday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

BASINGSTOKE - The excitement of the Basingstoke Monday 6-a-side Football league continued into its third week, witnessing some thrilling contests across Divisions 1, 2, and 3.

In Division 1, the sole fixture of the week saw Blazers secure a stunning 6-3 victory against Man Tity. The Blazers showcased their offensive prowess, making them the top scorers in the division as they overpowered the Man Tity defence to secure a comfortable victory.

Moving onto Division 2, the football fever was in full swing with three gripping matches. Peps Army faced a 4-2 defeat against BC6 in an intense battle. Meanwhile, Man Tity Reserves edged out The Kestrel Killaz 3-2 in a closely contested match. However, the highlight of the division was undoubtedly the 6-1 victory of Grass With No Class over Stacys Deciples, crowning them as the top scorers for the week in this division.

Division 3 was not short of action either. Taking The Mikel pulled off a narrow 3-2 victory against Barely Athletic in a nail-biting showdown. The spectators were also treated to a goal fest as Goal Diggers trounced Chezney FC 5-0, making them the top scorers in the division for this week.

These results have shaken up the league tables and the excitement continues to build as we look forward to the next round of fixtures. With plenty of football still to play, the race for the top spot remains wide open in all divisions.
