Play in the Brierley Hill Thursday football league powered by Leisure Leagues
Last night marked the celebratory seventh week of the Brierley Hill Thursday 6 a side Football League. The euphoria surrounding the event was palpable as teams from the Premier League and Division 1 showcased their football skills, resulting in exhilarating scores that left spectators at the edge of their seats.
Unfortunately we did have an incident on the night where a player from Kford & Co was sent from the field of play for abusive language towards the referee in there game against Wallows Madrid. The player in question has been fined and banned accordingly. It is paramount all players stay within the rules on a weekly basis, if not then these incidents will be dealt with swiftly and accordingly each and every time.
In the Premier League, Wallows Madrid narrowly secured a win against Kford & Co., with a final score of 3-2. The game was a thrilling one, with both teams pushing the boundaries of their skills. Borussia Monchenglassback and Here 4 A Pint After FC delivered a high-intensity match, with Borussia Monchenglassback clinching the victory 6-5. Hakuna Juan-Mata bested Exeter Gently in a tightly contested match, ending with a scoreline of 2-1.
Meanwhile, in Division 1, 2000 No Kiss Baby and Sedgley Bombers FC battled to a 2-2 draw, with both teams exhibiting remarkable tenacity. The Cabin, with a score of 3-1 against Real Sosobad, demonstrated why they are a team to be reckoned with. Out On Bale and Kingsway FC had a closely fought match that ended 1-0 favouring Kingsway FC.
As we approach the eighth week, the excitement continues to build, with fans eagerly awaiting the upcoming matches, and the teams gearing up to give their best.
