In an exciting turn of events, week 13 of the Brierley Hill Thursday 6-a-side Football League saw some outstanding performances. The teams in the Premier League Division and Division 1 showcased their skills and determination in full swing.

We did have one team hand in their 7 days notice to cancel for this week, we look forward to welcoming back Fake Madrid for the games in two weeks time!

In the Premier League Division, Borussia Monchenglassback dominated The Cabin with a big score. Exeter Gently defeated FC Megladons with a score of 4-2. Here 4 A Pint After FC outclassed Kingsway FC with a 4-1 victory. The game between Hakuna Juan-Mata and 2000 No Kiss Baby ended in a thrilling draw with each side scoring three goals.

Over in Division 1, Sporting Lesbos edged out Non Bibs FC in a closely contested match, finishing with a score of 4-3. Kford & Co. were victorious over Sedgley Bombers FC with an impressive score of 4-1.

This week's results have certainly set a high bar for the remaining of the season. As the competition intensifies, players will have to bring their A-game to the field for the upcoming matches. With the current performance of all teams, the Brierley Hill Thursday League promises to continue delivering thrilling football action in the weeks to come.

Due to an open evening this week the venue has been closed so the Brierley Hill Thursday League at Thorns Collegiate Academy will be off this Thursday 17th September. The fixtures that were due for next week have been moved to the following week and we will return Thursday 24th September 2026, so please follow the fixtures on the website.
