Play in the Brierley Hill Thursday football league powered by Leisure Leagues

Excitement reached fever pitch last night as the Brierley Hill Thursday 6-a-side Football League entered its fifth week of gripping action. With teams jostling for position in both the Premier League and Division 1, there was no shortage of goals, drama, and standout performances.

Unfortunately, we did also have a couple of non-attendances on the night as these teams were not present for their fixtures and we will be in contact with both of them this week to confirm their returns for next Thursday. It is paramount all teams are present for their fixtures in order for the league to run as smoothly as possible each week, if there are any problems please be sure to contact your area manager in plenty of time.

In the Premier League, Hakuna Juan-Mata continued their impressive run with a dominant victory over 2000 No Kiss Baby. The winning side showcased clinical finishing and solid defense, firmly establishing themselves as title contenders. Elsewhere, Here 4 A Pint After FC delivered a commanding performance, defeating Exeter Gently 4-0.

Division 1 was equally thrilling, with a barrage of goals lighting up the fixtures. Non Bibs FC edged out Sporting Lesbos in a high-scoring affair, 6-3, marking one of the most entertaining games of the week. Sedgley Bombers FC secured a narrow 2-1 victory against 6 Offenders, while Inter Bred produced a solid 4-1 win over Raging Ewrexham.

With the season approaching its halfway mark, the competition promises even more excitement in the coming weeks.
