Top 2 in both divisions level on points going into final day

With the usual rain forecast as it seems to be every day of the week in this country right now the teams all took to the pitches to play the final round of fixtures before the Christmas break at our Abingdon 5 a side Thursday league.

With a few teams away this week there was a few points match wins in the Premier league especially although there was a big win for Nathan Collins FC who went top on goal difference with a 14-2 win over Carlos Puhol.

In Div 1 the title race is equally as close as Tekkerslovakia went back to the top for Christmas with a 7-0 win against Eagles United. Narcos drop to second but also won with a 9-5 victory over Milan. In the other league match there was a very low scoring tight game between Fat Fighters and Geri Hat-tricks which ended 1-1.

Thank you to all teams. We wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.  See you on the 9th January for the last matches of the season. Remember the new season starts on the 16th January. We welcome Exeter Gently to the league who joined yesterday. Any new teams please contact Rich on 07969731086 or sign up at the link below. Free Entry + First match is Free:
