ABINGDON WEDNESDAY 5 A SIDE RESULTS - MATCH DAY 9

In another thrilling week of football, the Abingdon Wednesday 5-a-side League saw a whirlwind of action in both the Premier League and Division 1.

PREMIER LEAGUE

In the Premier League, FCUOB broke free from the pack with an exhilarating 9-5 victory over Basically Barca. Demonstrating tenacity and skill, FCUOB commanded the pitch with an impressive display of coordination and teamwork.

This was closely followed by a fierce clash between Holdmybeer and Botleys Finest, the latter securing a 3-1 triumph. Despite Holdmybeer's determined efforts, Botleys Finest proved why they are among the top contenders this season. The evening rounded off with an astounding performance by The Mighty Ducks, who outmanoeuvred Slough Posse FC, emerging victorious with a 16-2 win.

DIVISION ONE

Meanwhile, in Division 1, Wenger Boys and AFC Deez Whites offered up a nail-biting game that ended in a 6-4 victory for AFC Deez Whites. OGM FC also made their mark, scoring a decisive 9-4 victory against JET FC. Wrapping up the night, Park The Airbus edged Ale Stars in a tense 3-2 encounter.
