The action intensified in Abingdon Wednesday's 5-a-side football league as week three witnessed some high-scoring encounters across divisions.

Premier league

In the Premier League Division, A Bing Dons continued their stellar run, showing a superb display of tactics and teamwork. They trounced The Mighty Ducks 4-0, taking full advantage of their defensive errors. Ham Wallet FC, not to be outdone, also demonstrated their top form by outscoring FCUOB 8-3, in what proved to be a high voltage clash.

Division 2
Shifting our sights to Division 2, it was a thrilling night with three notable matches. Slough Posse FC and Ale Stars had a pulsating match, with Ale Stars narrowly edging out their counterparts 4-3. Pickle FC and X1 Lightning-way turned up the heat as they engaged in a high scoring duel, with Pickle FC eventually emerging victorious with an 8-5 scoreline. In another close encounter, Just Stumpy FC clinched a 6-5 win over JET FC.

Unfortunately, there weren't any matches played in Division 1 this week.

The top scorers for each division were undoubtedly the talk of the town. In the Premier League Division, A Bing Dons' striker stood out with his hat-trick, while Ham Wallet FC's attacking midfielder was also on fire. Meanwhile, in Division 2, the forwards from Pickle FC and Just Stumpy FC managed to bag a few important goals for their teams.
