In a stunning show of agility and strategy, the Abingdon Wednesday 5-a-side Football League held its eighth week matches with spectacular results across all divisions.

In the Premier League division, Basically Barca and Ed Morey Driving School FC emerged as clear winners with identical scores of 8-1 against Serious Heat and Holdmybeer respectively. Basically Barca's display of teamwork was exemplary, as was Ed Morey Driving School FC's sheer determination to secure victory.

In Division 1, the action was equally exciting. Ale Stars claimed a hard-fought victory against OGM FC with a score of 5-4. The match was a nail-biter, with both teams displaying top-class performance. However, the match between FCUOB and Hangover 96 saw a clearer gap, with FCUOB dominating the game and securing an 8-4 victory.

Moving to Division 2, the AFC Deez Whites and Slough Posse FC match proved to be a high scoring thriller, with Slough Posse FC coming out on top with a score of 6-5. JET FC, however, couldn't withstand the relentless attack of Park The Airbus, who cruised to an 8-2 victory.
