Towcester’s Monday 6-a-side league capped off coronation weekend in perfect fashion, with some more top-notch games of football in this thrilling season.

Champaigne Super Rovers kicked off week 14 action with a 4-0 win over Hardly Athletic that put them into third on the table. Pooventus grabbed a crucial 2-1 win over Boca Seniors, knocking the latter down into fourth. 

Vectors Army and The Ganges pushed each other to the limit, but it was the Army who managed to find the winning touch to come through a thrilling game with a 4-3 victory. 

Towcester Young Boys were unfazed by Yoshimura FC, and ran riot on their way to a convincing 8-1 triumph to round things off.
