Towcester Monday 6-a-side: Results of the Week
The Towcester Monday 6-a-side league rolled on this week with three great contests.
Leaders Pooventus kicked off the action with another solid win, moving past bottom-placed Atletico Old Boys 3-1.
It was a particularly good week for the table-toppers, with second-placed Hardly Athletic dropping points as they were held to a 1-1 draw by a stubborn GOC Returns side.
To cap off the action, Boca Seniors triumphed 3-1 over reigning champions Champaigne Super Rovers, who are not having the best of seasons after their great success last time around.
