There was no slowing down of the pace in the Towcester Monday 6-a-side league this week, with the season continuing in full swing with some incredible games.

Starting us off, Pooventus kept up their chase of top spot with a 4-1 win over the Ganges, before Boca Seniors made their way up to third after a stunning performance against Ivory Toast, crushing them 13-1.

Hardly Athletic picked up a couple of crucial points with a solid 3-0 victory over Towcester Young Boys, before Vectors Army came through a tough battle against Yoshimura FC, with the former winning 5-3.

In the final and most entertaining game of the round, Last in the Kitchen and Champaigne Super Rovers faced off in a battle of two teams with great quality. 

And the matchup did not disappoint, with the sides trading blows before eventually ending the game in a 5-5 draw.
