Towcester Monday 6-a-side: Weekly News

The Towcester Monday 6-a-side saw some more terrific battles this week as we completed round 5 of the season. 

Last in the Kitchen FC played against a resilient Hardly Athletic side, but managed to come away with a 3-2 in the end. However, they dropped to third place as Champaigne Super Rovers’ walkover took them to second. 

Pooventus got the better of Ivory Toast in another cracking match that ended 6-3. 

The goals did not stop flowing there, as the table-toppers Boca Seniors faced off against Vectors Army in another extremely tough battle, which went the way of the leaders after an enthralling affair. The final score was 7-5 as the Seniors held onto their one-point lead.
