In the thrilling Corby Sunday 6-a-side football league's second week, teams across three divisions came head to head. The competition was fierce and the atmosphere electric, with our local talent showcasing their skills and sportsmanship.

In the Premier League division, Adam Levine clashed against Puta And Pals in an intense face-off, with the latter emerging victorious with a 2-1 score. Dossers United were swept aside by Net Six And Chill, who trounced them 5-0. The Catalina Wine Mixers secured a slim victory over Lakeside FC with a score of 3-2. In this division, James Ross of Adam Levine emerged as the star player, scoring one goal and thus becoming the top scorer.

Division 1 matches were equally gripping. Boohoo Mothers struggled against Toastie FC, losing 1-5. In a high-scoring game, Venom Goon Squad triumphed over Steel Park Tossers 8-1. Welland Wanderers managed to overcome Velocity United with a convincing 2-0 win. The limelight was stolen by Taylor of Venom Goon Squad, who delivered a stunning performance, scoring four goals to become the top scorer in this division.

Battles in Division 2 were equally as captivating. Cheese FC were defeated 0-2 by Inter Yernan. We're Not Fit FC won a close match 3-2 against EMS - Eccy Mad Squad, and Weldon Park FC dominated Selsey Warriors FC, taking the match by a staggering 8-1. The star performance in this division was Shay of Weldon Park FC, who scored four goals, becoming the top scorer.

Overall, it was an adrenaline-packed week of football, with teams in each division battling it out for supremacy. The players have shown what they are made of, and we can't wait to see what they bring to the pitch next week.
