New Teignmouth Monday 5 a side season kicks off!

In the heart of Teignmouth, the much-anticipated Monday Night 5 a side Football League kicked off its fresh season in the Premier League. Two epic clashes took place last night that had us on the edge of our seats.

PREMIER LEAGUE

The curtain-raiser saw new team Tiki Toka delivering a masterstroke against AFC MILBER, securing a dominating victory with a scoreline of 15-2. Their offensive prowess and a solid defence kept their opponents under pressure throughout the match. This stupendous win certainly set the tone for Tiki Toka as they surged to the top of the Premier League table, signalling a strong start to the new season.

The second match of the league witnessed a goal fest between Pier Pressure Athletic and Cheese On Bread. Cheese On Bread overwhelmed their opponents, scoring 14 goals to Pier Pressure Athletic's single goal. The agility and coordination of the Cheese On Bread team were a sight to behold as they caught their opponents off guard on several occasions, leading to multiple scoring opportunities.

As the season has just started, the Premier League division holds many more exciting matches in the pipeline. The teams have set a high standard in the opening week, promising an exhilarating season ahead. The top scorers for the division, Tiki Toka and Cheese On Bread, have shown flair and finesse, leaving us eagerly waiting for the next round of matches.

The Teignmouth Monday Night 5 aside Football League has started with a bang and the Premier League division teams have truly lived up to the expectations. As the season progresses, the teams will look to refine their strategies and tactics, aiming to secure the coveted top spot in the league. One week down and many more to go, let the games continue!
