Teignmouth Monday 5 a side end of season!

The final fixture of the highly competitive Teignmouth Monday 5-a-side Football League took place last night, concluding a season filled with thrilling encounters and high-intensity football. In the Premier League division, a showdown between AFC Milber and Girthy FC resulted in a goal fest, ending in a dramatic 10-8 victory for AFC Milber.

Despite the defeat in the final week, Girthy FC emerged the champions of the Premier League division, having amassed a total of 8 points throughout the season with an impressive tally of 4 wins. Their consistent performance over the weeks proved to be the key to their triumph and has set the bar high for the next season.

However, the high-scoring final match of the season was truly a sight to behold. AFC Milber showed their mettle with a 10-goal extravaganza, a testament to their attacking prowess and hinting at their potential supremacy in the next season.
