Solihull Wednesday Football League kicked off its 6 a side season last night with an enthralling display of footballing skills. The teams in the Premier League lived up to their billing with some exciting matches that kept the fans on edge of their seats. The eight teams in the league put up an excellent display of football with some teams proving too strong for their opponents.

New team Ladzio had a great start to the season with a 12-0 win over newly promoted Curry Sandwiches. Their attacking line proved too hot to handle for their opponents, and they will be looking to build on this performance in the coming weeks.

MK DONGS and Kesh FC played out a thrilling encounter that ended in a 1-1 draw. Both teams put up a great show, with some quality skills on display from both sides. It was a well-fought draw, and both teams will be pleased with their performance.

In Division 1, Bombay Bad Boys got off to a winning start with a 3-0 victory over Paul O'Grady. They played some delightful football and looked the better team throughout the match. LWC FC also put up an impressive display, dispatching C&H Utd 4-1. Leko FC, despite putting up a great fight, lost 3-2 to HEN KO UNATHLETIC in an exciting encounter.

Overall, it was a great start to the season for the Solihull Wednesday Football League, and we can't wait for the next round of matches. Congratulations to all the teams that participated, and we look forward to seeing you in action again soon.
