Sunday 10th August - Birmingham University Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the University of Birmingham Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance for their matches as scheduled throughout the night.

Within the Premier League, Cadballerz and Avengers Assombalonga ended in a deadlock with a 0-0 score. Equal vigour was demonstrated by 3 Small Plates FC and Sevilla Tism FC too, resulting in a 1-1 tie. The Hungry Boys edged out Chivas Supplemento with a razor-thin 4-3 victory, while DADS ARMY and GamingSoc shared the spoils with a 2-2 draw.

The battles in Division 1 were no less heated. Backshots FC triumphed over BOSHERS FC 5-2, and Chiellini Con Carne secured a hard-fought 2-1 win over AFC Domi Force.

In Division 2, Stevie Wonders outpaced Shlongball with a 4-2 win, Dead Ballers FC clinched a narrow 1-0 victory over Villa-ns Assemble, Diamond Scrubs blanked Sharkys Saints 3-0, and The Cotters dominated Chivas Primera 3-0.

Division 3 saw Hyeungmyson FC and Steel & Iron settling for a 0-0 draw, while Road To GC managed to eke out a 2-1 win over Brumtown Ballers. WIP U23s outclassed Clubs 4-0, and BMI suffered a 1-0 loss against 6 LITTLE BIRDS FC.
