Sunday 18th January - University of Birmingham Round-Up

A good evening's football in the University of Birmingham Sunday 6 a side league this week as we returned to action for the first time in four weeks following the Christmas break and recent bad weather!  It was great to get the league back up and running.

In the Premier League Division, GamingSoc edged out Small Plates FC 3-1. A sensational game was witnessed as DADS ARMY dominated Sevilla Tism FC with a 5-0 victory. The Hungry Boys managed a sound triumph over Boras Team with a 5-1 win, while WIP U23s pulled off a stunning 3-2 win against Bad Boys United.

Over at Division 1, AFC Domi Force emerged victorious against Retired Inc with a 4-2 scoreline. Stevie Wonders showed fantastic form as they thrashed Chivas Primera 6-2. Chiellini Con Carne stole the show with a 3-0 clean sheet against The Cotters. Bristol Roaders pulled off a solid 3-1 win over Villa-ns Assemble.

In Division 2, Backshots FC trounced Road To GC 5-0. Shaggers outperformed Diamond Scrubs with a 6-2 victory while BOSHERS FC managed a narrow 2-1 win against Steel And Iron.

Division 3 witnessed Femballers Athletic secure a 2-0 win against Parkhouse Rangers. BierhausBallers also had a 2-0 success over Pique Blinders, and Priory Panthers triumphed 2-0 against Benchwarmers FC.
