Sunday 27th April - University of Birmingham Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the University of Birmingham Sunday 6 a side league this week overall, we did have a few absentees but all have confirmed their returns for Sunday 4th May.

In the Premier League, Avengers Assombalonga managed a slim victory over GamingSoc with a 1-0 finish. Jiggy Jiggy United narrowly edged out DADS ARMY in a thrilling 3-2 encounter while Chivas Supplemento secured a hard-fought 3-2 win over Sevilla Tism FC.

Division 1 saw 3 Small Plates FC dominate Moseley Magpies with a 5-1 drubbing. AFC Domi Force also cemented their standing with a 3-1 triumph over Chivas Primera, emphasizing the competitiveness of the division.

The Division 2 matches offered their fair share of surprises as well. Shlongball and Ringers FC ended their face-off in a 2-2 draw while HARAM BALL outperformed Sharkys Saints with a 4-1 victory. Diamond Scrubs bagged an impressive 3-1 win against SOLless CAMBPELLends and a hotly contested match between Bocat Army and Dead Ballers FC ended in a 1-1 draw.

On the Division 3 front, The Cotters put on a stunning performance smashing Road To GC 7-0 in the most one-sided game of the week.

Finally, in Division 4, Steel & Iron overpowered I Put My Heart In This with a 3-1 scoreline.
