Sunday 2nd November - Birmingham Round-Up

It was a good evening's football in the University of Birmingham Sunday 6 a side league this week overall, with all teams in attendance for their matches throughout the night barring a couple who'd given 7 days notice and return to action next week.


In the Premier League, Small Plates FC emerged victorious over the Six Shooters with a 4-2 win while GamingSoc outgunned The Hungry Boys, ending the match at 4-2. DADS ARMY showed their dominance against Avengers Assombalonga with a crushing 4-1 win and Cadballerz were defeated by Boras Team, who kept a clean sheet with a 3-0 victory.


In Division 1, AFC Domi Force played out a 1-1 draw against The Cotters and WIP U23s managed a similar scoreline against Sevilla TFC. A close battle was fought between Backshots FC and Chivas Primera, with Backshots FC narrowly edging out a 3-2 victory. Chiellini Con Carne shut out Boshers FC 2-0.


Division 2 saw Dead Ballers FC fall to Steel And Iron 0-2, while Ndicka. pulled off a commanding 6-0 shutout against BierhausBallers.


In Division 3, Priory Panthers and Road To GC ended in a 2-2 draw. Benchwarmers FC had a tough time against Hyeungmyson FC, losing 5-0. Shaggers showed up big against Diamond Scrubs with a 5-0 victory, and Parkhouse Rangers handed Femballers Athletic a 3-0 loss.


Finally, in Division 4, Gagzy FC snagged a 2-1 win over Net6 N Chill, while Bristol Roaders and Retired Inc shared the spoils with a 1-1 draw.


As for the top scorers, Premier League saw Small Plates FC dominating, while in Division 1, Backshots FC took the honors. The standout team in Division 2 was Ndicka. with their astonishing 6-0 win. In Division 3, Hyeungmyson FC and Shaggers both stood out with a 5-0 victory each. Finally, in Division 4, Gagzy FC took the top scorer spot.
