The Northampton Tuesday 7-a-side league brought us some more high-octane action this week. Here’s a look at the results.

Starting round 13 off, Chrisdale Palace beat Con Rong Chau Tien 3-1, as Tea and Busquets prevailed 1-0 in a tight game against NFI United. 

Unathletico Madrid continued their fine form atop the standings, as they dispatched Skippers to pick up a 4-1 win and maintain their two-point lead over SMFC.

Speaking of whom, the second-placed side also put in a solid shift for a 4-1 win of their own, as they beat DZ United 4-1. 

The title is all but wrapped up for Unathletico, barring a miracle for SMFC, but the season comes to an end next week, and you can never rule anything out in football.
