More great games were brought to us this week courtesy of the Northampton Tuesday 7-a-side league as we enter the home stretch of the season. 

Starting off the action in week nine, we saw Unathletico Madrid keep their hold over top spot with another strong performance to win 3-1 against Skippers FC. 

Tea and Busquets got a great 5-1 win against NFI United, while SMFC’s walkover was followed by a sensational performance from Chrisdale Palace. 

They eased past Con Rong Chau Tien with a 7-0 rout and moved up to third place in the standings.
