Sunday 11th May - Worcester University Round-Up

Overall it was a good evening's football in the Worcester Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance barring a couple of cancellations.   Tiki Taka Toe have withdrawn from the league and been replaced by new team Zimmer United who we wish good luck going into their first game on Sunday 18th May. 

Starting in the Premier League, Crapoli and INTER YOUR NAN FC fought a hard battle that ended in a 2-2 draw. The contest between Victor Moses Lawn and Jota Than The Sun also ended with the same scoreline. Only Matip secured a narrow 2-1 victory over La Familia, while Not In Your Mums Forest edged past LEAVEMYARSELONA with a 2-1 win.

In Division 1, Broken Ankles registered a commanding 5-0 victory against Active Python. A similar scoreline was seen in the match between Tvt Fc and Brom FC. However, the most thrilling contest was between Holding Matip and Chum Fc, with the latter edging out a 6-5 victory in a high-scoring encounter.

Moving to Division 2, BTD FC claimed a 3-1 win against Brexit Ballers. Desex Friends emerged victorious with a 4-1 win against Two Girls One Schlupp. Oldbury Park Old Boys overcame Toe Poke FC with a 5-2 scoreline, while PLJ FC secured a 3-0 win against Tin Foil Hats FC.

Last but not least, in Division 3, Ben's Balls suffered a narrow 1-0 loss to Chaps FC. The 69ers were also defeated by Fruity Dons FC with the same scoreline. Sin-Bier-Bush FC clinched a 3-1 win against Right Back Out Of The Way.
