Sunday 1st March - University of Worcester Round-Up

It was an excellent evening's football in the University of Worcester Sunday 6 a side league this week, with all teams in attendance throughout the night across all three divisions as scheduled and some well competed matches played.

Division 1 showcased some pulsating action. CAFT DUNTS FC took a commanding victory over Giroud Awakening, clinching a 4-0 win. The high scoring match of the day was between Desex Friends and Jota Than The Sun, with Desex Friends emerging victorious with a narrow 8-6 win. Scoregasm, however, fell short against LEAVEMYARSELONA, which bagged an impressive 8 goals to secure the win. Meanwhile, The Bellenders managed to edge out La Familia with a hard-fought 3-2 victory.

Over in Division 2, Ball Of Duty triumphed over Murder On Zidanes Floor with a 3-2 scoreline, while Broken Ankles managed to squeeze a 1-0 victory over Pique Blinders. WeDontHaveAkalou also edged out PLJ FC in a tight 3-2 contest. However, the highlight of the division was Reckless Ballbashers, who claimed a decisive 4-0 victory over Tin Foil Hats FC.

Division 3 saw INTER YA NAN besting Brom FC 5-2, while Ballerz FC comfortably won their match against Granny Bashers 2-0. The match of the day was certainly Tikka Mo Salah versus Right Back Out Of The Way, with the latter recording a staggering 9-1 win. In a balanced contest, Sin-Bier-Bush FC and Sin And Tonic FC ended the match with a 1-1 draw.
