Sunday 25th February - Worcester Round-Up

It was another good evening's football in the University of Worcester on Sunday 6 a side league this week with all teams in attendance throughout the night across all three divisions and some well competed matches played.

In the Premier League, 6IX DEFENDERS outshone CHAMPS FC with a solid 3-1 victory. With this decisive win, 6IX DEFENDERS proved to be a formidable force in the league. On the other hand, Worcester Team clinched a clean 2-0 victory over GD Palops Worcester. Woo Town Boys dominated UoW Futsal 1 with a comfortable 5-1 win while SEATS R US claimed a 5-2 victory over Matip Or Dalot.

Over in Division 1, CUNNY FUNTS scored the highest number of goals for the week across all divisions with an 8-0 thrashing of Brom FC. The competitiveness of the league was further underscored by the narrow 4-3 win by Mafia FC over Victor Moses Lawn. INTER Ya Nan and Munter Hunters both secured victories against PLJ FC and BTD FC, respectively.

In Division 2, Andy Grays Anatomy blanked Leek In Defence 4-0 while MurderOnZidanesFloor strolled to a 5-0 victory against Toe Poke FC. The Mechanics and Not In Your Mums Forest both also emerged victorious with wins over Name TBC and Romasexuals, respectively.
