In the thrilling ninth week of the Worcester Sunday 6-a-side football league, teams across four divisions battled it out, resulting in a series of high-octane clashes that ended with both expected and surprising results.

In Division 1, CAFT DUNTS FC emerged victorious against TVT FC in a high-scoring, nail-biting match that ended 7-5. In the second game of the division, Desex Friends and Reckless Ballbashers faced off on the pitch, which concluded in a 1-1 draw, proving their equal mettle and competitive spirit.

Division 2 saw Pitmaston FC take on Murder On Zidanes Floor. Despite a valiant effort, Pitmaston FC fell short, with the game ending 3-4. Twene-Cent and Granny Rammers clashed in an intense match, concluding with a 1-3 victory for Granny Rammers. The tension soared in the match between Sin-Bier-Bush FC and Tin Foil Hats FC, ending in a 2-2 draw.

In Division 3, Brom FC, with a minimal lead, won against Ballerz Fc 1-0. In an intense encounter, Forest Of Dean lost to Scoregasm 1-2, displaying a brilliant show of skill. Worcester Palestine FC triumphed over Tuppy Fc 3-1, marking an impressive win.

The final Division 4 witnessed Blood Transfusion against Bang Bros, with the latter claiming victory at 5-2. Net Six And Chill notched a win against Tikka Mo Salah, ending the match at 4-2.

While every player gave their best, some stood out with their exceptional performance. In Division 1, the top scorer was from CAFT DUNTS FC, Division 2 saw an exceptional player from Murder On Zidanes Floor, Division 3's top scorer hailed from Worcester Palestine FC, and Division 4's top scorer was from the winning team Bang Bros.
