Maidstone Wednesday 6 a side news - match day 3

Exciting results marked week 3 of the Maidstone Wednesday 6 a side Football league, with teams across Premier League and Division 1 delivering some exhilarating performances.

PREMIER LEAGUE

In the Premier League, the match between LadsOnToure and Albions Degenerates saw the former edging out a 4-3 victory in a closely fought contest to go top of the league. Meanwhile, Brenchley Faithful impressed with a solid 4-1 win over Beercelona. Borussia Teeth also put on quite a show, soundly defeating Billers N Ballers 5-1.

The star of the Premier League this week was Jack Whitmore of Brenchley Faithful who netted an impressive hat-trick, marking his place as the top scorer in the division this week.

DIVISION ONE

In Division 1, Tekkerslovakia secured a 2-1 victory over Bottle Job FC. Sleepy Morgan and Hardly Athletic delivered the highest scoring game of the week, with Sleepy Morgan triumphing 7-4. Mo Leicesters shut out Cowboy Flukes with a 3-0 win while Get The Badge In emerged victorious over Invicta Motors FC 2-0. Gangsters Allardyce rose to the top of the table after they picked up a 5-0 win with Maidstone Mingers away.

The standout player in Division 1 was Robbie Mullins from Sleepy Morgan, who, with a remarkable total of 4 goals, claimed the title of top scorer for the week.

The highlight of the week, however, was Owen Lewer from Get The Badge In who was named the most valued player. His exceptional performance on the field was instrumental in their victory and earned him well-deserved recognition, his 2 goals were crucial in his teams victory.
